Schenectady, N.Y. – The Galesi Group, developers of Mohawk Harbor, Schenectady’s $550 million waterfront community, today announced that The Shaker & Vine will expand. The Shaker & Vine is a wine bar and cocktail lounge that features a wide selection of self–serve wines, restaurant and large outdoor deck. The expansion includes an additional 1,530 square feet of leased space.
“With such a great response from the community since opening in June 2019, we have decided to add more table seating on our main floor,” said owner Anthony Graziano. “We will be moving the lounge area to the expansion space, while we also add a private dining area for larger group seating and a second bar. Our very popular deck will also get bigger adding 1,000 square feet and more fire pits.”

Construction will begin early in 2020. The popular waterfront gathering place will remain open throughout the expansion.
