NISKAYUNA, N.Y. — The latest plans call for the Rivers Ledge housing development in Niskayuna to build 60 senior apartments as part of Phase 2 of the project.
Those 60 apartments would be a decrease from the originally planned 100 apartments for the 2837 Aqueduct Road location, according to planning documents.
On Monday, the town Planning Board and Zoning Commission got a first look at the proposal from project manager Chuck Pafundi.
There are currently 160 apartments under development at the location. Pafundi said Monday the hope is to finish up a few other items on these apartments and have people applying to rent them starting Dec. 15.
