GLENVILLE, N.Y. — The owner of much of the Glenville Business and Technology Park is planning to build an 85,000-square-foot warehouse on site.
The Galesi Group proposal is scheduled to go before the Glenville Planning and Zoning Commission at its July 11 meeting for an initial review.
The project would entail subdividing 4.5 acres off a 12.4-acre parcel at the corner of Capital Boulevard and Prestige Parkway and building the new warehouse to food-grade standards.
