Forbes Magazine ranked Albany/Schenectady as the 4th best in the nation for jobs. The magazine said “Schenectady has a lot going on” citing the GE Renewable Headquarters and the GE battery plant. Forbes also took note of the median household income in Schenectady County as higher than the national average.
